We understand that each of us has different reasons for not exercising, which is why we work with members directly from the first time you walk into the gym. We’ll help you develop the right fitness program based on your fitness level to help you reach your goals. Various Aerobic classes including Cardio, Core, ZUMBA, Power Abs, Circuit Training, Kickboxing, Body Shaping, Yoga, BeeFit Burn & Firm & Boot Camp.

Cardio Fitness
River Fitness offers numerous cardiovascular machines and equipment such as bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, stair steppers and an indoor track.

Personal Training
For individualized instruction, Personal Trainer, Wayne Thompson is available by appointment to both members and non-members.

Our facility features Indoor and Outdoor Basketball Courts.

Strength Training
River Fitness is equipped with an impressive weight room including numerous strength training machines.

Free Weights
Our facility is also equipped with a wide variety of free weights to accommodate all levels of fitness.

Racquetball and Tennis courts are available for those who enjoy a more competitive workout. Pickleball Play is offered Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

Massage Therapy
Relax, realign and rejuvenate with Massage Therapy in our Spa Room. Call (804) 443-0500 to book your appointment and take advantage of member discounts! Our massage therapist, Alyessa, does not take appointments on Sunday.

Tae Kwon Do
Our facility offers Tae Kwon Do classes taught by 3rd degree black belt master, Jay Straughan that is offered to members and non-members alike.
